Robert Clarence Stigall, Sr., a longtime Willapa Harbor resident died Saturday, April 9, 2016 at the Swedish Medical Center in Seattle; he was 73. Robert was born April 30, 1942 in Newberry, Mich. To Clayton and Piney (Underwood) Stigall. Bob married Marie Burkett October 14, 1961 in South Bend, she survives him at the family home. He worked for Grays River Logging as well as Weyerhaeuser Mills. He also spent time gillnetting. Bob was a bowling league member in the past; he enjoyed hunting and going to the Casino. He loved his grandkids very much, and never missed any of their sporting events. He is survived by his wife Marie, and his dog Buck; a daughter Becky (Steve) Eastham; sons Bobby (Cathy) Stigall, Johnny (Amy) Stigall and Jamie (Kathy) Stigall; grandchildren Robby (Amber) Stigall, Lucas (Caiti) Stigall, Krystal and Markus Eastham, John, Jr., Kaitlyn, and Summer Stigall, Kellyann Graves and Dalton Stigall; great grandchildren Robby Stigall IV and Ava Stigall. Bob is also survived by brothers Wales, Arley, Glen (Debbie), Burt (Wendy), Gid (Marsha) Stigall and a sister Sabrina (Steve) Riggs and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a grandson Wyatt Stigall, his parents and brothers Thomas, Johnny and Earl. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2016 at the New Life Fellowship Church in Raymond, burial will follow at the Fern Hill Cemetery in Menlo; all are welcome to return to New Life Church for a gathering.
