Margaret Nicpon

Margaret J. Adkins Nicpon was born June 5, 1931 in Goodyear, Arizona to Sylvia Payne Adkins and Charles Adkins. She married Walter Nicpon in 1950 in San Bernardino, CA. Their only child, Steven, was born in 1951. The family moved to Raymond, WA in 1967. Between then and Walt’s death in 1969, they fostered several children, many of whom still consider Margaret their other Mama. On Saturday, May 30, 2015 Margaret joined those awaiting her in Heaven; Walt, her brother Melvin and their parents; several brothers and sisters-in-law, and many dear friends. We who look forward to eventually joining that circle include, her son Steve (Billie) at the family home in Riverdale; her youngest granddaughter Robbie living in Everett, eldest granddaughter Lisa (Patrtick) Frost-Dugan and great granddaughters Alexis and Kaitlyn, also residing in Everett; adored nephew James Adkins and his children and grandchildren; beloved niece Nancy and her children and grandchildren; several treasured friends who are “still kicking†, and one very sad and devoted little Beagle, Princess Emma. A potluck picnic Celebration of Life in Memory of Margaret will be held Saturday, June 13, 2015 at the 8th Street Park in Raymond; time to be decided.
