Lucille Lantz

Lucille (Clevenger) Lantz, 95, passed away at her home in Raymond, Wash. on February 2nd. 2021. She was born at home on August 31st. 1925 to Mary and Leonard Stallcop. She married Charles Clevenger on April 3rd 1943, They had many wonderful years and six children together. After his death in 1967 she moved her family to Napavine, Wash. From there she moved to Seattle, Wash to work in a Dental Lab where she met her second husband Elwood (Woody) Lantz. They were married on July 13th. 1969. Every year Woody and her made wooden toys to donate to the ministerial associations christmas program for kids. Sadly he passed away on April 27th, 1999.She loved to crochet and made many tablecloths and afghans for her kids and grandkids throughout the years. She was an avid bingo player as she went 3 or 4 times a week. Also she loved taking her grandkids to do ceramics with her in Tokeland. She was very active in the Ladies VFW auxiliary and was a lifetime member. Every week she donated her time to the local food bank in Raymond.She had a kind heart throughout her years with donating to different organizations from the cancer society to the union gospel mission in Aberdeen. Plus many more. She filled the rest of her life with doing things with her kids and grandkids. Lucille is survived by her six children Samantha (Harrison) Shaffer, Charles Clevenger Jr., Charlene Cook, Diane(Mike) McDonald, Keith (Julie) Clevenger, and Robin (Jerry) Jarvi. Also eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and nine great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Also she was preceded in death by two grandkids, one great great grandchild and two brothers Edward and Robert Stallcop. There will be a cremation ceremony at the Menlo cemetery at a later date .
