Jo Anderson

Jo Ann Anderson, a Raymond resident died Thursday, June 11, 2015 at her home; she was 69. Jo Ann was born November 5, 1945 in Camden-on-Gauley, West Virginia to William and Pearl (Sine) Longdon. Jo Ann married Jim Anderson April 1, 1980 in Aberdeen, WA. He survives her at home in Raymond. She is also survived by a son, Nathan Anderson and his wife Jennifer of Centralia. JoAnn also leaves behind brothers Herbert and Dale both of California, Johnny of Idaho, Kenny of Oregon and Gary Longdon of Washington; sisters Karen Peek of West Virginia, Jane Delvickio and Ginger Horn both of Idaho as well as numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Tom Longdon and a sister Connie Miller. She loved growing and potting her own flowers. Jo Ann was a talented quilter and spent a lot of time doing so. She very much enjoyed being a stay at home mother and homemaker. Jo Ann made many friends easily with her warm personality and will be greatly missed. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at the Fern Hill Cemetery in Menlo, WA.
