Clarice Danzer

Clarice M. Danzer, a longtime Raymond resident died Wednesday, April 16, 2014 at the Grays Harbor Community Hospital in Aberdeen; she was 96. Clarice was born October 10, 1917 in Klamath Falls, OR to Charles and Edith McLaughlin. She graduated from Raymond High School. November 4, 1946 she married Joseph Danzer, he preceded her in death. Clarice was a member of the Raymond Methodist Church, she enjoyed passed times at the Garden Club and spending time crafting. When their son was younger she attended and supported him at nearly every baseball game he played. Clarice was a very devoted and supporting grandmother and great grandmother. She was well loved by everyone. She is survived by a son Joseph Danzer, Jr. of Forest Grove, OR; a sister Maxine Riches of Spokane and many many grand and great grandchildren. Clarice was also preceded in death by a daughter Susan Barber, two bothers and one sister. At her request there will be no memorial services. She will be inurned by her late husband at the Fern Hill Cemetery in Menlo. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, PO Box 22718 Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73123-1718.
